More Power Output with N-Type TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) Cell Technology

TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) cells improve the cell's electron collection efficiency and cell performance by adding a thin layer of tunnel oxide layer behind the conventional structure. The N-Type structure of TOPCon cells offers low power losses, resistance to adverse effects such as PID and LID, long lifetime and better performance in low light conditions.

Super Multi-Busbar (SMBB) Cell Minimises Power Loss Due To Micro-Cracks

The thinner finger structure on the 16 busbar cells has been designed to minimise the current collection distance and uniform soldering stress. All improvements significantly reduce microcrack loss and increase the output power of the cell.
